Our Return and Refunds Policy
Returns is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the us
If the buyer faces any problem with the product, he/she will have the option to use the return policy as specified by the us.
- This Return Policy covers the buyer against only damaged, defective and not as described products – for both, open box new and refurbished segments**
- **Excluding 1: Color issues, 2: Minor to Negligible Usage Signs (if found), 3: Import/Global variants and 4: Minor Warranty Period Differences.
The return Policy is 7 days duration with possible return modes of replacement or exchange based on the product.
Refund is only approved in case Replacement is not available with Sellers.
For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
The exchange and replacement will be subject to availability of the stock.
No Return Categories– Open Box Devices – Products in this category are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons.
- All software versions & updates will be basis Brand Policy & guidelines. 5050 shop is not responsible for any such guidelines or policy changes by the Brands.
In order to help you resolve issues with the product, the seller’s authorized personnel may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

What is the Condition of Refund?
Refund is only initiated in case Replacement of the product is not available.
My bank is still deducting EMI even though I have cancelled my order, why?
Please get in touch with your card issuing bank and they will help you out.
My order has been cancelled, when will I get my refund?
Once your order is cancelled and you receive a confirmation from us saying that your refund has been initiated, it will be credited as per the following timelines depending on your mode of payment:
Credit /Debit card – 7-9 business days
Net banking – 7-9 business days
Credit card EMI – 7-9 business days

I have returned my product, when will I get my refund?
Once the pickup of your product is completed, you will receive a confirmation from us saying that your refund has been initiated. You will then get the refund as per the following timelines depending on the mode of payment:

I haven’t accepted an order after it’s shipped to me, when will I get my refund?
Random cancellation/ Not accepting a Prepaid/Prepay COD order after its being shipped holds no liability on us as it’s not our fault , refund for such cases will only be approved on our sole discretion.
How can I know the status of my refund?
You can visit ‘My Orders’ to know the status of your refund or can visit our Helpdesk.
For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed within 2-3 days. If the order has been shipped. Refund will be processed as soon as the courier service provider confirms the return of the item.

*Free Cancellation is allowed without any questions asked if there is some issue from our side / or extreme delay / or no stock available / we fail to deliver you.
**Chargeable Cancellation is provided when a customer willingly asks for a refund or cancels an already paid order without any issues from our side. Those Cancellation/Refunds are charged at fixed 5%+GST of your order value.
**Cardless EMI/ EMI Orders cannot be cancelled once order placed and confirmed unless seller fail to fulfill such orders for any reasons.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you Can only cancel the order before it has not been confirmed by sellers. However Please note (If you have paid for an item and want to cancel the order on request without any issues from our side, Cancellation Charges of 5%+GST will be charged on your transaction. You will be refunded the full amount deducting the 5%+GST from your order amount. Please understand we don’t charge this, this is charged by payment gateway. )
Can my cancelled order be reinstated?
No, sellers do not have an option to reinstate an order after it has been cancelled. You can only place a new order for the products that were part of the cancelled order.
I’ve ordered products using Prepay COD option. Can I cancel my order?
No, unfortunately Prepay COD orders cannot cancel unless we fail to fulfill the order. You can only cancel the order if it has not been confirmed by sellers or processed by us. **
Can I cancel my order paid using Prepay Pay COD option, after product is confirmed & shipped?
No, you cannot cancel your order paid using Partial Pay Cash on Delivery once the order is confirmed. Further, after shipping if you do not / Fail / Miss to accept the delivery and fail to pay the balance due during Cash on Delivery, Prepay COD amount will not be refunded.
Transactions under Prepay COD Payment method refundable?
As stated above, Unfortunately Orders made using Partial Pay COD payment method is not cancellable or refundable.
I’ve multiple products in a single order, will cancelling one product cancel all the other products in the order?
As of now, we don’t have this option to cancel single order in a multiple products order. But you can certainly visit our helpdesk and request for same. We will do it internally with sellers.
