1. Introduction

2. Vendor Agreement & Compliance

• Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images to maintain transparency.
• Selling counterfeit, fake, or duplicate products is strictly prohibited. If any such products are found, 5050Shop reserves the right to terminate the vendor agreement immediately without any refund or compensation.
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Order Processing & Payments

• Vendors will receive payments only after the customer confirms the receipt of the product and the 7-day replacement period has passed.
• If a customer requests a replacement within this period due to product defects, the vendor must comply with the replacement policy.
• Payments will be processed securely and transferred to the vendor’s registered account as per the agreed schedule.

4. Product Authenticity & Security Policy

• Vendors must sell only genuine and original products. Any complaints regarding fake or misrepresented items will be investigated.
• If a vendor is found selling counterfeit, duplicate, or unauthorized products, their account will be permanently suspended without prior notice.
• 5050Shop reserves the right to take legal action against vendors selling fraudulent products.

5. Returns & Replacement Policy

• Customers are eligible for a 7-day replacement period from the date of product delivery.
• If a product is defective or does not match the description, the vendor must arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
• If a replacement is not possible, the vendor may be required to issue a refund, as per 5050Shop’s policies.

6. Vendor Support & Dispute Resolution

• 5050Shop provides dedicated support to vendors for order management, payment issues, and disputes.
• In case of any disputes, vendors must cooperate with 5050Shop to resolve the issue fairly.

By registering as a vendor on 5050Shop, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your vendor account.
